Steven's Story
After nearly 50 years in banking and payments — including 37 years at Westpac, and later consulting to fintechs — I saw the same pattern everywhere: small businesses were confused because the industry had never taken the time to explain payments in plain English.
I created Payments Made Simple to give small businesses across Australia the clarity they deserve. I'm not here to sell terminals or merchant accounts. I'm here to help you understand what's behind the terminal so you can run your business with confidence.
